Lt. Earl Boyd was always a "natural born killer"--even when we were in flight school together. Love to hear from you Early.

As the oldest of 5 children of Calvin B. Chandler who served in your unit, I want to thank you for your service. I wish my father received the treatment I receive when I travel thru this country's airports. I am welcomed and thanked often. I ask them to thank any veteran they see because they deserve our heart filled thanks for their service as well!
As far as I am concerned, it is never too late and can't be said to often.
God Bless you all!

My brother, John Denike, was in Surveillance 73 and served in Vietnam. He never spoke of his time in the Army, or the time he spent in Vietnam. He has passed away and I'm trying to fill in the missing pieces of his life.

My Dad served in 1963-64. I am so happy to have found this site. He is Calvin Chandler. From the pictures it looks like he was a lstLT during this time. I would love to hear from anyone who knew him. Thank you, all of you for your service.

Well, the picture isn't exactly real, but I AM.. I was based at Kontum for the whole extended tour and was there when Col. Tisdale leftright after the first VC attack.. Can't remember all of you, But here are some; SP-4 Steve Abner, 1st Lt. Brewer, 1st. LLt. Perrone, W-1 Bobby A. Newman, whom I personally named Dai Ta Newman. They were all the best, but for one of the Colonels I named! I moved to Canada to marry a Scottish-Canadian lady of excellent repute and a kiss that should be outlawed by the Geneva convention. God bless all of you.email me at glenel@videotron.ca whenever you like
